🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


🚚 U.S. Shipping

FREE Standard U.S. Shipping is available on orders over $100 USD for new customers who subscribe to our email list and apply their welcome discount code at checkout.

Orders under $100 USD:

  • USPS Ground Advantage – Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • USPS Priority Mail – Flat rate of $11.99
  • USPS Express Mail – Rates calculated at checkout

If you need USPS Express Mail, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.


🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated by USPS at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Glamamma Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved if the item:

  • Is unused and unopened
  • Is returned in its original packaging
  • An exchange request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date

📬 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received or the item arrived damaged due to an error on our part.
